Avance Professional Services is a trusted bilingual tax firm serving the Latino community across Stamford and Norwalk, CT. Founded by Martha Puerta and Jovanny Ortiz, the firm had three offices, years of loyal clients, and referrals keeping them busy — but a digital presence that didn't reflect any of it.
One generic English-only WordPress site trying to represent three distinct locations. No Spanish content. No local SEO structure. No presence inside AI search. And a previous vendor taking a monthly retainer while delivering nothing measurable.

AI-guided intake with Atom integration — an intelligent lead qualification flow routes new clients through a structured discovery process and connects directly to Atom for client management. Virtual filers go to TaxWise Mobile for seamless document upload.
GEO and AEO architecture — a five-layer AI visibility system across all four sites: structured schema data, local entity building, knowledge graph seeding, citation architecture, and AI-readable content layers.
